Update log for HI Archive:

05Dec01 -- Previous id of 9752 must actually be 251824 = A2029-19 according to redshift,
           so table3.txt changed accordingly.

        -- ID/redshift of 32909 in some doubt. Optical redshift is discrepant but HI
           detection appears real. Since HI observations done with GB 140 (21 arcmin beam)
           HI could be a misidentification; no way to tell.

        --  Duplicate entry removed   210652 = 211093. Keep 211093 (name assigned in GAK1997).

        --  Delete optical parameters from 120682, a second feature seen in the 
            spectrum of 120684, optical identification uncertain.
        --  We note that the optical identification of 221586 is unknown.

07Apr25  New ALFALFA data point out several discrepancies related to
         calculation of the velocity array. These all arise in very old
         datasets, where unfortunately, the potential for human error exists.

       9535: Velocity array error.
             Original data found in rw860725; probably human error.
             DISPOSITION: Drop from archive. Will appear in ALFALFA DR5.

      12327: Velocity array error.
             Original reduced data in disk8.his, traced to r851006. A note on original index card
             (from 1982!) says "disagreement in velocity between the feeds of 4 MHz: I
             cannot figure out what and when went wrong". 
             DISPOSITION: Drop from archive. Will appear in ALFALFA DR2.
